* Delayed payments may result in service suspension.


4. Intellectual Property

* All intellectual property developed remains the property of I Next IT & Media Solutions until full payment is received.
* Upon full payment, rights are transferred as per the agreed scope.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

* Provide accurate information and timely approvals.
* Ensure lawful use of delivered content or software.

Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines.


6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

* Indirect or consequential damages
* Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
* Third-party service failures


7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Payments for work completed up to termination remain payable.


8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by "Indian law", and disputes fall under Indian jurisdiction.
