Privacy Policy

Refund Policy (GST-Aligned – India)

At "I Next IT & Media Solutions", we provide professional IT and media services in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the "Consumer Protection Act, 2019" and "Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws".


1. Nature of Services & GST Applicability

* Our services are primarily "customized, service-based, and digital in nature".
* All invoices are raised in compliance with "GST regulations", wherever applicable.
* Prices mentioned are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

* Services have not been initiated after payment.
* A duplicate or excess payment has been received.
* Services could not be delivered due to reasons solely attributable to I Next IT & Media Solutions.
* Proven deficiency in service under the "Consumer Protection Act, 2019".

Refund requests must be raised within "14 days" from the invoice date.


3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will "not" be issued for:

* Services already started or delivered.
* Customized or tailor-made services (development, branding, digital marketing, media production).
* Delays caused due to client’s failure to provide inputs, approvals, or communication.
* Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, licenses, tools, or subscriptions.
* Change of decision after project initiation.

4. Partial Refunds & GST Treatment

* If a project is partially completed, a 'partial refund' may be issued after deducting:

 * Value of services already rendered
 * Administrative and operational costs
 * Applicable payment gateway charges
* "GST on refunded services" will be adjusted through a "credit note", as per GST law.

5. Cancellation Policy

* Cancellation before service commencement may qualify for a refund after deductions.
* Cancellation after service commencement may result in cno refund or partial refund", based on work completed.

6. Refund Processing

* Approved refunds will be processed via the "original payment method".
* Refund timelines depend on banks and payment gateways.
* A valid "tax invoice / receipt" must be referenced for all refund claims.

7. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the "laws of India", and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai or the current jurisdiction of the company (i.e. at the time required)
